All accounts are to be settled upon arrival; any late arrivals need to settle their
accounts prior to arrival.
If you require assistance after hours, please call our office number, 07 5479 667, this is diverted to a mobile number for after hour contact.
After arrival, if you wish to change the period of your stay please notify us as soon as possible. Extension of your booking period will be subject to availability. If you wish to leave earlier than originally planned, please note that no refund will be allowed.

Beach On Sixth does not issue refunds for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather, illness or change in family circumstances, therefore it is vital to have sufficient measures in place to protect yourself against any issues that may arise leading up to your holiday.
We recommend that you take out Cancellation Insurance to protect you against any unforeseen circumstances. Importantly, it is ESSENTIAL that your Travel Insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday outgoings.

Despite the protective security measures that have been put in place, neither the Body Corporate, the management or the apartment owner assume any responsibility for your security and will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your possessions in or around the resort.
To reduce the temptation for intruders, we recommend the following:
• Lock all windows and doors when you are away from the apartment.
• Remember that access to your apartment can be gained from the balcony.
• Do not leave cash or valuables in the apartment.
• Limit the valuables you take to the beach. Do not leave your valuables unattended at any time, even in crowded areas.
• Ensure that handbags or carry bags are covered and secured (particularly when out and about or sightseeing).
• Do not leave bags or valuables in your car. At least ensure such valuables are not visible; this includes such items as GPS navigators.
• When leaving your car, ensure all doors are locked and windows wound up.
• Upon vacating the apartment, please ensure that the Premises are left secure.
The building is monitored 24 Hours by CCTV, both internally and externally. The cameras are situated all around the building for your safety as well as ours. They record all movements and are constantly monitored and recorded.
For your convenience there is free secure parking in the car park. Entrance to the car park is in Sixth Avenue.
Each apartment is allocated one parking spot. Please only use your designated parking space. Vehicles parked illegally or in the incorrect parking space will we towed at the owner’s cost.
It is prohibited at all times to use either car park for recreational activities. Children must be supervised at all times when arriving or departing.

Please note that we are a STRICTLY NON-SMOKING BUILDING. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and any detection of smoke within the unit will result in a deodorize fee of $1,000.00.
PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED on the premises. If found in breach of this regulation, your booking will be terminated with a no refund policy.
Fire safety instructions are located on the back of your unit door. Please read them and familiarise yourself with our evacuation procedures. If in the event of a fire, please follow the directions and meet at the designated assembly Point.
If for any reason, due to illness or disability, you are unable to evacuate through the fire stairs, please advise Reception on the day of your arrival, so we can make the necessary arrangements for you in the event of an evacuation. Do not re-enter the building until emergency services have declared the site safe.
Please take note that if you are responsible for causing a false alarm, to which the fire department attend, they will charge you a penalty for the call out, and this will be for your account.
Please ensure that when cooking, that you always leave the front door CLOSED. Failure to close the door can result in the alarm being activated.
Fire stairwells are out of bounds unless there is an emergency.
The fire doors by law must NEVER be left open. Please do not obstruct these doors.
Sunshine Coast International Airport at Marcoola is only 13.2 km (around 12 mins) away. Brisbane airport is 100 km to the South. Car hire is available at the airport.
