Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

GENERAL

Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date free of charge.
Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 14th day Prior to Arrival.
If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking.

PEAK PERIODS

* 15th December 2023 to 14th January 2024
* 28th March to 2nd April 2024
* 13th December 2024 to 19th January 2025
If cancelled or modified up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 42nd day Prior to Arrival.
If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For bookings made within 42 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking.
If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period, then a refund may be made back to the guest.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance.

Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.

In the case of a NO SHOW 100% of the total price of the accommodation will be charged.

We absolutely loved it at Beach on Sixth! Fantastic location, gorgeous apartments, awesome hosts, excellent security with carpark underneath....we ( 4 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay in our spacious 2 bedroom apartment and all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. - Karen Bensemann
